Requirements for CE Credit
Dinner will be served promptly at 6:00 PM with the program running 6:15 to 7:45 PM. This event will be held in the new RAS building in room 221-B on the second floor. Parking will be provided to all registered participants who do not currently have a STLCOP permit. Guests may park in our garage located at 4531 Children's Place, St. Louis, MO 63110. To access the garage, particpants must press the intercom button to communicate with Public Safety. For directions, and a map, please click here.
In order to receive CPE credit for this session, participants must complete an evaluation following the activity. The password to access the evaluation will be given out verbally at the end of the session. After completing the evlauation, an automatic report will be sent to CPE Monitor - please allow up to 48 hours for the system to sync with your online NABP profile. Participants should ensure their NABP e-Profile ID number (aka CPE Monitor ID) and date of birth are correct in their profiles to ensure accurate credit reporting. Evaluations will remain online for 30 days.

Brief Bio : Dr. Nicole Gattas is an associate professor of pharmacy practice and associate director of experiential education. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) from the University of Iowa. Dr. Gattas completed a Community Pharmacy Residency at Dominick’s Pharmacy and the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and has been recognized as a Fellow by the American Pharmacists Association Academy of Practice and Management (FAPhA). |
