Survey for Desired Continuing Pharmacy Education for 2019


Thank you for participating in our survey! Our goal is to learn more about desired topcis and common questions so that we may provide high quality targeted continuing education for pharmacists in the region. This survey should take approximatey 5-10 minutes of your time. All responses are anonymous and valued.
